Measured, not claimed
Automatic verified passports for machines and vehicles — from real operational data.
Simor's whole thesis is that records should be measured, continuous, and verifiable. So this page holds us to our own standard: every number below is measured live from our systems, server-rendered so even a crawler with no JavaScript sees it.
Where we honestly are: pilot stage, live in production since May 2026.
The numbers below come from our own pilot deployments (a real SMT production line, real vehicles,
real computers), not from paying customers yet. We publish them anyway, because that is the point
of Simor: the record speaks, whatever stage you're at.

What is verifiably built and running
- Live product — web app at simor.io and iOS via TestFlight, in production since May 2026.
- A real factory machine on a passport — an SMT pick-and-place line (Neoden N10P) reports jobs, errors, and work history from its own controller.
- Professional car diagnostics — a 4,988-code fault catalog with likely-cause reasoning, deep OBD modes (freeze frames, per-cylinder, mixture, catalyst), verified on real vehicles — VIN-decoded identities on record.
- The industrial stack — Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC UA, MQTT, RS-485 power metering with state inference, an IEC 62443-shaped DMZ relay, and a server-side plausibility gate. Read-only by construction, enforced in CI.
- Connected-car integrations — Smartcar (31 EU brands) and BMW CarData connectors built; EU Data Act historical-import receiver deployed.
- OEE on the passport — availability and quality computed server-side from the machine-state timeline, gap-honest (silence is shown, never counted as uptime).
- An AI on every passport — each identity answers questions about its own record, by chat or a live call.
